In our cosy restaurant or out on the terrace, discover the famous "Melker Menue", a traditional dish wich the Fermes Auberges of the Munster Valley have been making for generations. We also serve snacks and daily suggestions prepared with homegrown meat and homemade cheeses from our farm.
If ordered in advance, we will be glad to prepare traditional dishes such as Choucroute, Beackaoffa, Fleischchnaka as well as other cheese specialites such as Raclette or Backed potatoes with Munstercheese.
In order to serve you best, we would ask you to make a table reservation, along with the dish of your choice.

For our residents the day starts with a farmhouse breakfast mainly consisting of homemade products like butter, milk, a variety of jams, cheese, bread as well as tea, coffee, hot chocolate and juice.
Our "Auberge" is actually closed for Winter time ...
Reopening for Season start 2025 : friday 18th april for diner and accomodations.
Reservation inquery will be possible from the 6th january through our website.
